SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship from
Every piece is handmade to order in our family workshop in Vietnam and shipped directly from Vietnam to customers worldwide.

Shipping cost
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Production time
Each item is made to order after you place your order:
- Mirrors: about 5–10 business days
- Benches, TV stands, console tables and other large furniture: about 20–25 business days
Custom sizes or designs may take longer. We will confirm the timeline with you before production starts.
Before shipping, we send you photos of your finished piece so you can check it before it leaves our workshop.

Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country and flight schedules. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Packaging
Every order is packed securely for international transport. Large furniture pieces are shipped in a sturdy wooden crate with foam padding.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders are shipped internationally from Vietnam. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by your country's customs authority and are not included in our prices unless they are shown at checkout. Any such fees charged on delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. Message us before ordering if you would like help estimating these costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Damaged in transit
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will resolve it quickly at no cost to you, by repair, replacement or refund.

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible, before your order ships.
